Red/Twenty/Stoke-on-Trent

It always seems ages since I've done an ADIML, but apparently I did one three weeks ago.
It's funny how much changes in a few weeks! At the moment I am down in Lancing,
West Sussex for a week, staying at my parents house and chillaxing.
At sixty-nine photos, this was my day of cats, cars, curries and... cider!

Thinking of going to Chicago in October.....what is there to do there for two or three days? What is the weather usually like in mid-October?

Also, I was updating our contacts list at work today and found that we have 400 business aquaintances (out of 2200) named "Rick", 200 named "Rob/Bob" and 108 named "Andy".

Some unusual ones I noticed were Analek (f), Garo (m), and Rave (said as "Rahv" not "Rayve").

I like them all except Briggs. I feel sorry for this poor tiny baby.

For those of you who have legally changed your name - how did your parents take it? Were they supportive of your decision, or offended that you didn't like the name you were given?

Or, same question to the parents in the situation. If you've had a child change their name (or express the desire to change it), what were your thoughts about it?

Personal Name Taste [

So.. I find my personal name taste seems to change drastically.

I find myself thinking that even if I have names set in stone, when I finally HAVE children they will most likely change because I doubt my kids will look anything like I picture the children of the names I like looking like.

It seems more than likely that despite picking names ahead of time, that quite a few people probably are stumped when they're handed a baby that looks nothing like little Jacob Xavier Thomas Cruise, or whatever.

That aside, right now my name taste is..

I've been playing Sims 2 lately (procrastinating from uni work!) and my latest family began based upon me and my SO. I made the characters have the same aspirations as the two of us (me = family, he = fortune, lol). Anyway, my character is on the way to fulfilling her 10-child aspiration.

So far we have:
Asher & Isabel (twins, teenagers)
Noah & Ruby (twins, toddlers)
Lucas (baby)

WDYT? Do you have suggestions for the next five siblings?

Does anyone else play? What are some of your character names?
